This website is our e-commerce portal to communicate with our clients about our product pricing, inventory, and purchasing options from our Rhode Island warehouse facility. This site is distinct from our main site (http://www.heicosportivna.com) in that it focuses primarily on product information. There's a bigger story to tell, and we tell it on our main page. If you're here, our goal is to offer a quick, accurate, smooth shopping experience. If you'd like to know more about us or our products prior to making a purchase, please click back to our main site.
We realize there are many customers who are looking for a direct, fast, simple way to make purchases from us directly. With this in mind, we've created this e-commerce site to help make purchasing from us trouble free and convenient.
Stock levels:
Naturally, we do our best to keep all products in stock at all times. In the event that you don't see quantity in stock in the Shopping Cart section of the site, please keep in mind that our regular ordering process involves air freighting parts into our Rhode Island location approximately every 10-14 days or so. If there's a particular part number that you're looking for that you don't see in stock while browsing, please email us and we'll give you the most up-to-date ETA. We also bring parts in on a special order basis, so please check in with us if there's something that you're not seeing on the Cart section that you'd like added to an inbound air freight.
A note about e-commerce:
Tuning often involves vehicle year, model, color specfication information that turns out to be crucial information when chosing our products. Although we've made every effort to offer complete information in our part descriptions, variability is the nature of this beast.
We look back with a soft spot in our hearts for the telephone. Speaking directly (and sometimes at length) with clients gives us full opportunity to describe our products and to make sure we have the vehicle specificaton information we need to give proper advice. This is critical. Despite our best efforts to build up two fully comprehensive web sites, we can't possibly offer solid advice without interacting with you. When deciding on an engine package or determining whether 18" or 19" would be best for your needs, as examples, the phone may very well be the best way to review this information with us.
To that end, you may receive a call from us prior to our shipping your products to make sure we're offering what you expect, both in terms of vehicle specification, and in terms of the right product for you...please don't be offended by the breach in the "e-commerce chain" if we do so.
