The HEICO SPORTIV intercooler replaces the Volvo original part. This unit has approximately the same footprint, but offers a double sized cooler-surface. Proper intercooling provides a noticeable increase of power (approx. 10 hp), better torque (approx. 15 Nm) and efficient fuel consumption when compared against the less efficient OEM unit. The HEICO SPORTIV intercooler is designed as an additional step to the exhaust system and sport air filter upgrades, and is installed on the original installation points.
