H5100704 HEICO SPORTIV Sport Brake Package, P1 chassis

Direct from the world of motor sport. The HEICO SPORTIV brake system for the front axle consists of 4-piston calipers, matched brake pads, and internally vented rotors, brackets, and stainless steel brake lines.

 

Produced in cooperation with Ate, one of Europe's leading OEM suppliers. In fact, the OEM brakes on the P1 chassis are produced by Ate, so from a qualitative perspective, the HEICO system is truly "OEM quality".

 

The 4-piston setup is a 326x30mm, slotted rotor (slotting helps evacuate brake gases from the pad surface), and fits the front axle (sorry, we don't make a rear setup as of yet). Fitment is straight forward, but professional installation is required, particularly to properly bed-in the brake pads on initial installation. Note, sport brakes feature more aggressive pads, so proper bedding is essential to keep low-speed noise down. Stainless lines are used, to prevent flex in the OEM rubber lines, and we recommend high-temp racing fluid for any autocross or track time with this package.  

 

We recommend 18" or larger VOLUTION X.'s with this fitment, but you'll need at least 17" wheels for proper caliper clearance. Although we don't have fitment information on "every" available wheel/chassis combination, please call prior to purchase and we can walk you through whether you'll need a larger wheel or not (and "why not" anyway!).
