OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We DO allow customers to place orders for products that are not in our current stock. Stock levels vary, but if we are out of stock we are typically able to fill orders within 14-21 days of receipt.  
 
In the event that you place an order on an out-of-stock item (you will see whether an item is in stock or not in the Product Detail screen), we will get in contact with you upon placing your order to give you an ETA on the item(s) on your order. Delivery estimates are based on scheduling of our inbound shipments, but can vary depending upon supplier stock positioning, Customs clearance, and transport scheduling, so please keep in mind these are estimates.
 
We do not bill customer accounts until the products are shipped, so you can place a backorder with confidence. Questions on out of stock items, please email us ahead of time.  
 
HOW DOES THE PRODUCT GET TO ME?
Our warehouse facility is just north of Providence, Rhode Island. We ship using a variety of small package, motor freight, and expedited shipping services. See below for specific details.

 APO

We're active servicing members of the U.S. military. APO has a few size and material limitations, but we can advise on alternate shipping methods when needed to avoid delays. Please let us know at time of order if you are active duty or retired and we’d be happy to discuss this part of our program with you in greater detail.

 CONTINENTAL U.S. We use industry-standard shipping methods. Due to the size and weight of our components we typically ship via standard small package carrier services. Shipping times vary depending upon your location, with delivery times to the West Coast from our Rhode Island facility usually taking 4-5 days from the date of shipment. We offer shipping services as fast as Overnight delivery, but additional charges apply for expedited freight. 
 HAWAII/ALASKA We utilize air carriers for service to both Hawaii and Alaska. USPS services are also available to both regions, and rates can vary greatly, so please let us know which shipping method you prefer when ordering from either region.  
 CANA DA Shipping rates from our offices to Eastern Canada are typically very competitive, and delivery times are excellent to the greater Toronto and Montreal areas.  Customs fees, duties, and taxes apply in all cases and are the responsibility of the Receiver. We accept payment in US Dollars only (USD). Small package carriers offer expedited services to Canada which include brokerage services. Ground services, both small package and via freight services, do not typically handle Customs clearance, so please keep this in mind when ordering from Canada. We also have a number of Distributors in Canada that price HEICO products “landed” into the country, including Customs fees and shipping. Please call for details.
 MEXICO We offer a series of options to our clients in Mexico, including Expedited and Ground services.  Customs fees, duties, and taxes apply in all cases and are the responsibility of the Receiver, and payment is accepted in US Dollars (USD). Small package carriers offer expedited services to Mexico, which include brokerage services. Ground services, both small package and via Freight services, do not typically handle Customs clearance, so please keep this in mind when ordering from Mexico. Please call for details.
